سياسة الاسترجاع – ZE BRAND STORE

أولاً: سياسة عامة لجميع المنتجات

  • يُسمح بالاسترجاع فقط أثناء وجود مندوب التوصيل.

  • بمجرد استلام القطعة والاحتفاظ بها، لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال نهائياً.

  • في حالة الاسترجاع أثناء وجود المندوب، تتحمل العميلة تكلفة الشحن.

ثانياً: فساتين السهرة

سياسة فساتين السهرة (خاصة):

  • يمكن تجربة الفساتين بحضور المندوب فقط، ويتم إرجاعها فوراً إذا لم تكن مناسبة.

  • لا يُسمح باسترجاع الفستان بعد مغادرة المندوب، حتى لو كان غير مستخدم.

  • نضمن أن كل فستان "مراجع مسبقاً" للتأكد من جودته قبل التغليف.

مكافأة الولاء (5% خصم):

  • إذا لم يتم استرجاع أي قطعة من طلبك، ستحصلين تلقائياً على خصم 5% على طلبك التالي
    (سيتم إرسال الكود بعد اكتمال الطلب الأول).

  • Returns are only allowed while the delivery agent is still present.

  • Once the item is received and kept, returns or exchanges are no longer allowed.

  • If returned on the spot, the shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

Evening Dresses (Special Policy):

  • Dresses can be tried on in the presence of the delivery agent only.

  • Returns are not accepted after the agent leaves, even if unworn.

  • We guarantee that each dress is quality-checked and inspected before packing.
