Shipping and delivery policy to the buyer

The shipping and delivery process of products is an essential part of the shopping process through ZE Brand , as the task of delivering goods falls within our responsibilities to deliver the product with high quality according to the necessary accuracy and safety standards.

By using ZE Brand 's delivery services , you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

• The address to which the product is to be delivered must be written accurately, and we will not be responsible for not receiving the product in this case.
• Please confirm the shipping costs and transaction details before approving and authorizing.
• If you feel there is a problem with the delivery process, please contact our technical support team.

Shipping and delivery costs

Our main determinant in the process of delivering products and goods is the order price according to the following classification:

• Delivery orders: Delivery costs to all governorates are classified according to the order value as follows:
  

  governorate	Delivery cost (EGP)
  Cairo and Giza	70
  Lower Egypt Governorates	80
  Governorates of Upper Egypt	90

Delivery times:

1- If you place an order before 5 pm, the order will be delivered within 24-72 working hours, taking into consideration Friday as a holiday or any official holiday declared by the government.

2- In some cases, the order may be delivered after a period of more than 72 hours, depending on the shipment to distant governorates such as the Red Sea (South Sinai). The customer will be informed on the same day he places the order if the delivery of this product will take more than 72 working hours.

3- If the customer places an order after the company’s official working hours, which are 5 pm, the delivery period will be calculated on the next working day.  

Return Policy and Rules

The user has the right to return the product with the shipping representative and pay the delivery cost only.
